1. This machine has very outstanding efficiency on opening and cleaning. It is widely applied and is especially suitable to deal with inferior and dirty cotton.

2. As the incompletely opened tufts is fed into the Transt Roller from the Inlet Duct, the tufts will be further forwarded to the Feed Roller and after being clipped by the Feed Roller, the beaters will repeatedly card the tufts. The opened tufts will be delivered out of the machine following the air stream. The Dust Grids under beaters are for collecting dirt and dust etc.
