1. This machine is composed of three units - Condenser, Feeding Box and Kirschner Opener (V.O.), so that this machine has the functions of these three units - opening, cleaning and adjusting the quantity of tufts.

2. In order to be cleaned appropriately, tufts shall be treated by the kirschner Beater before entering the automatic Chute Feeder. Tufts should be opened by the Beater to get rid of in desirous material and gain even tufts for feeding to the next machine.

3. This machine can control the tufts supply to each card and also adjust the storage function of tufts.
